Thank you for your purchase! We're happy to have played a part in your journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
General Returns
SyncSoul Health will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@syncsoulhealth.com and we will send the return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an item is damaged during shipment or production. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days at contact@syncsoulhealth.com and we will help you with a free exchange or a full refund.
90-Day Money Back Guarantee.
SyncSoul Health provides a 90 day warranty period.
If you would like to issue a warranty claim, please email contact@syncsoulhealth.com with the details of your claim within 90 days of you receiving the package. If the product is deemed defective, you may request to exchange the defective unit for a new one.
The return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Late or missing items
At SyncSoul Health, we strive to deliver your items within 5-10 business days. However, sometimes postal issues can happen and deliveries can be lost or delayed. If you did not receive the product within the maximum guaranteed time (60 days), you can request a refund or reshipment.

Your refund will be processed and returned to your original method of payment as soon as it has been received and processed by our team.
