Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

At SyncSoul Health, we work with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you the best products for your wellness journey. To ensure timely delivery, your items may be shipped directly from our various fulfillment centers. As a result, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Rest assured, you’ll receive updates and tracking information for each shipment, so you can keep an eye on your orders as they make their way to you. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is always here to help!

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and some countries in Europe. Delivery times are approximately 5-10 business days for each region.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving or there are external events out of our control.

4. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of the damage so we can help you out further.
